We take the utmost care to provide full descriptions and portray our bags including their sizes, colours and fabrics as clearly as we can. We do our best to take photos in appropriate lighting to assist with choice and colour matching, and to provide a further selection of detailed photographs to illustrate particular components of each bag. However, please be advised that all computer monitors are different and will reproduce colours in different ways (lighter, darker etc.) resulting in some unavoidable variation.

All products are handmade using traditional hand crafting techniques and skills with natural materials, therefore variations will occur (and indeed are welcomed).

To ensure the highest quality and thorough attention to all details all bags are carefully handmade one-by-one at my workshop in rural Somerset, England.

All bags currently listed on the website are in stock and therefore available for dispatch. In very exceptional cases it may happen (for example, as a result of multiple orders) that a particular bag becomes unavailable.

Please email or telephone us if you would like to check on availability of any product before ordering.

All confirmed orders are processed as quickly as possible. Deliveries to the UK are made using the Royal Mail's First Class delivery service, which is signed for on receipt and provides basic insurance. A similar (airmail) service is used for deliveries to the European Union and the US/Canada.

Bag Care:

Bags are made from a wide variety of fabrics and each bag is often made from several different fabric types. Most fabrics can be spot cleaned if required with a mild detergent and warm water. If a more extensive clean is ever necessary then specialist dry cleaning is suggested.
